Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

Taking the first step toward healing and growth is not always easy, but it is one of the most powerful decisions you can make for yourself.

I work with women ages 18 and older who are navigating anxiety, stress, grief and loss, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I support feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, low self-worth, difficulty managing emotions, or struggling to move forward from past experiences. If you’re looking to feel more in control, build confidence, and create healthier relationships with yourself and others, you’re in the right place.

My specialties include grief and bereavement, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, identity development, and life transitions. I also support clients who are working through unresolved trauma, relationship challenges, and the impact of loss, whether that loss is recent or something that continues to affect you over time. My goal is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing while building practical tools to move forward.

My approach to therapy is structured, supportive, and empowering. I utilize trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based, and person-centered approaches. In our sessions, you can expect a balance of reflection and action. We will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are connected while also developing real-life strategies to help you regulate emotions, improve coping, and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and focused on progress, not perfection.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my experience working with diverse populations across different settings has shaped my ability to meet clients where they are. I am especially attuned to individuals navigating complex emotional experiences, limited support systems, and significant life stressors. I am committed to providing care that is respectful, inclusive, and grounded in understanding each client’s unique background, values, and lived experiences.

I am currently pursuing my Certified Grief Professional (CGP) credential to further deepen my clinical expertise in grief, loss, and bereavement. This allows me to provide more specialized support to clients experiencing both acute and prolonged grief.

I provide 100% virtual therapy services across Florida, offering flexibility and accessibility to meet your needs. In our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and challenged to grow. My goal is to help you not only heal but also build confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of self so you can show up in your life in a way that feels aligned and fulfilling.

You don’t have to do this alone; I’m here to walk with you.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward healing and growth is not always eas... Read More

Life’s challenges, whether anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or major transitions, can feel overwhelming, even when you’ve been trying to work through them. You may already have insight into what’s not working, but you need the right support to create lasting change. I work with adult men and women (18+) to better understand these patterns, strengthen emotional well-being, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Clinical focus includes anxiety and mood management, boundary-setting, life transitions, and identifying recurring emotional and behavioral patterns that impact daily functioning. When progress feels inconsistent, therapy centers on uncovering your existing strengths, reinforcing resilience, and building on the growth already present.

Treatment is collaborative and strengths-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and solution-focused approaches. Sessions are structured yet flexible, with space for you to take the lead in identifying progress, barriers, and areas of stagnation. Techniques such as role-play support real-time skill building and meaningful change. You can expect a space where you feel heard, respected, and free from judgment, while being supported through growth.

This work is grounded in cultural responsiveness, with strong attunement to Caribbean communities and diverse lived experiences. Clients are met with authenticity and respect, creating a space where they feel seen, grounded, and empowered.

The goal is for you to recognize your own capability—you’ve been doing the work all along. Therapy helps bring that into focus and move you forward with clarity and confidence.
